Mutants: Genetic Gladiators

Welcome to the arena! Put your Psy-Captain abilities to the test, discover and level up a wide variety of Mutants, and enter the arena to compete against players from around the world!

When I started working on Mutants, the game was already live and profitable for more than two years and my first missions were to add new content and characters.

At first, I just added new mutants to the roster and slowly started to edit content left and right to modernize the game.

When these small changes received positive feedback from the player base, I was charged to completely rework the progression curve and xp gain for players in order to reduce the gap between Free-to-Play players and Premium ones.

A few months and a lot of work later, the new progression system was implemented with a celebration from the player base (as a lot of free stuff was given to make up for the server maintenance).
